located in the Town of Cutler Bay, Florida (south Miami-Dade County).
We are well-located just minutes from shopping,
major highways and Black Point Marina.
Our strong Homeowners' Association with low fees

Miami Heat Outing! WOW!

The Heat outing held on the evening of Saturday, February 21st
turned out to be an eventful one on and off the court.
In fact, there is only one word to describe it, "WOW!"

Needless to say, this is what happens when a group of wonderful neighbors (42 of us!!!)
get together for an evening of fun and fellowship.
So, even though the Heat lost dismally (105-91),
the overall events of the evening turned it into an incredibly memorable experience
that will be discussed for a very loooong time.
There were tears, there was laughter, sequestration, drama, reunion, and joy...
what more can you ask for???

Remember, for an evening full of memorable events, join us next year for the Heat outing.
Don't miss it!!!!

In the meantime, check out the photos from the event.

A Wonderful 2014 Holiday Season in Cantamar

It was a great 2014 fall here in Cantamar
thanks to our Social Committee Chairs, Ann-Marie and Rodney Khadoo,
the Board of Directors and everyone who helped them out!

We started the festivities with our Annual Halloween Party
which was a huge success as usual.

The Garcia family of SW 91st Court won the Turkey Raffle
for a special Thanksgiving.

Just a few weeks later Santa visited Cantamar,
residents enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies,
and we made a nice donation of toys to the Cutler Bay Police Toy Drive.

It looked so festive throughout Cantamar during the holiday season
it was difficult for the judges to pick winners
of the Holiday Lights & Decorations Contest
In addition to the winners (1st and 2nd place) and Honorable Mentions,
the entire block of SW 91st Court was honored.

Click on the links above for photos of each event.
