Cantamar is a great community of well-maintained single-family homes
located in the Town of Cutler Bay, Florida (south Miami-Dade County).
We are well-located just minutes from shopping,
major highways and Black Point Marina.
Our strong Homeowners' Association with low fees
maintains Cantamar as a safe and attractive family-oriented community,
and also sponsors fun and free activities for both children and adults.

Another Successful Halloween Party!

Halloween Party

We had another wonderful Halloween Party.
In spite of the warm weather, we had a nice turnout and lots of costumes.
Party goers were greeted by new decorations,
including a scary monster and a skeleton on a swing.

Residents enjoyed pizza (many thanks to Comcast for providing),
popcorn, and cotton candy. Candy bags were distributed to all the kids.
Neighbors in the cul-de-sac contributed to the party by giving out candy, as well.

Several contests brought out some competitiveness and provided some party fun.
Kids enjoyed an apple bobbing contest,
and donut eating contests with separate games for boys and girls.
Partiers also tried to guess the weight of the pumpkin.
With all the wonderful costumes, prizes were awarded with winners and runners-up
for kids ages 0-7 and ages 8-15, and a winner for the best adult costume.

Every year this Party gets better and better.
Many thanks to our Board of Directors;
our Property Manager, James; and
everyone who helped out to make this such a wonderful evening!

Check out the photos on our Events Page.

Cantamar is looking for a new Social Committee Chair

Many thanks to Ann Marie & Rodney Khadoo
for all their hard work managing our social events the past few years.
Unfortunately, work and business obligations won't allow them to continue.

The Social Committee Chair works with the Board of Directors
to plan and manage our great social events like the Halloween Party and Santa's Visit.
The Board is also looking to the Social Chair for suggestions of new events.

If you'd like to volunteer,
please contact the Board of Directors at
