Cantamar is a great community of well-maintained single-family homes
located in the Town of Cutler Bay, Florida (south Miami-Dade County).
We are well-located just minutes from shopping,
major highways and Black Point Marina.
Our strong Homeowners' Association with low fees
maintains Cantamar as a safe and attractive family-oriented community,
and also sponsors fun and free activities for both children and adults.

A Wonderful Holiday Season in Cantamar

It was a great fall here in Cantamar
thanks to our Social Committee Chairs, Ann-Marie and Rodney Khadoo,
the Board of Directors and everyone who helped them out!

We started the festivities with our Annual Halloween Party
which was a huge success as usual.

The Garcia family of SW 91st Court won the Turkey Raffle
for a special Thanksgiving.

Just a few week’s later Santa visited Cantamar,
residents enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies,
and we made a nice donation of toys to the Cutler Bay Police Toy Drive.

It looked so festive throughout Cantamar during the holiday season
it was difficult for the judges to pick winners
of the Holiday Lights & Decorations Contest
In addition to the winners (1st and 2nd place) and Honorable Mentions,
the entire block of SW 91st Court was honored.

Click on the links above for photos of each event.
