Cantamar is a great community of well-maintained single-family homes
located in the Town of Cutler Bay, Florida (south Miami-Dade County).
We are well-located just minutes from shopping,
major highways and Black Point Marina.
Our strong Homeowners' Association with low fees
maintains Cantamar as a safe and attractive family-oriented community,
and also sponsors fun and free activities for both children and adults.

Congratulations to our Softball Team--
Champions Again!

Once again, the Softball Team would like to thank
the Cantamar Homeowners Association for their support!!!!

Cantamar finished the regular season in 2nd place
having to play the 4th seeded team.
The first round game only lasted 4 innings as Cantamar won by run-rule, 15-5,
landing them in the Championship for the 3rd season in a row.
The Championship found the same 2 teams from last season:
“Cantamar” and their rivals “The Legends.”
Cantamar took the lead in the first inning 3-0,
only to lose the lead at the end of the first inning 5-3.
However, after taking the lead back in the 4th,
Cantamar never looked back as they cruised to
a 10-6 win clinching their 3rd consecutive
Lakes by the Bay Co-ed League Championship!!!

Miami-Dade County has experienced an increase in squatters.
We need to be vigilant to prevent this situation from occurring in Cantamar.
If you live next to a vacant home, please keep an eye out and
contact the police in the event you see any suspicious activity taking place.
Please also notify T & G Management by email,, so we can monitor neighborhood activity.

Cantamar Spring Picnic at Black Point Park
A Big Hit!

April 5th was a beautiful sunny Saturday for our Spring Picnic.
A group rode bicycles down to Black Point Park with others joining in there.
There were about 50-60 people there, and everyone had a good time.

Activities included ring toss, hula hoop, sack race, 3-legged race,
follow-the-leader, and tug-of-war.
Prizes were awarded for winners in the
ring toss, hula hoop, sack race and 3-legged race.
The food from Harvey's Smokehouse BBQ was delicious and plentiful.
We also cooked hot dogs on the grill at the pavilion.
